When my husband was transfered for a new position in his company, this meant new city, new house, new oppurtunities, but it also meant that i placed in charge of the packing, and moving of our house and cars. After i had filled out the simple online request, suddenly my email box was filled with different companies claiming they would be the best to take car of all my needs. That morning i got my first phone call was from New Way, i had explained that i didnt know the first thing about moving and didnt know where to start or what to ask. The friendly sales rep said that she would explain to me everythign in detail, she spent about 20 mintues on the phone with me explaining everything that i needed to be aware of and all the details of this business. The initial quote that they had given me was for the move of my car but when i had mentioned i needed to move my whole house, she told me she would be glad to go over a list with me so she can give me a quote for the house. In the end, i figured why not go with someone who was willing to explain all the ins and outs to me for so long and was patient with all my questions. I even sent one other quote i was considering and she read it and then found how they charge additional costs once they find you a driver. She spent alot of time on me and overall it was easier dealing with one company rather than two for my move. I was extremly pleased with everything. Gave me peace of mind knowing my things and my car were in such good hands....I highly recomend New Way for all your Moving needs.
