I will not use this company to move my car in the future. The agreement is 2-4 days before or after the quoted date. The company picked up my car 8 days after the quoted date. I ended up receiving my car 12 days after the quoted date. I called customer service the day after the quoted pick-up date and they said they didn't have a driver assigned to me yet. I recieved an email that was time stamped 30 mintues before talking to the customer service representative that stated,

"We would like to inform you that we are experiencing a delay in transporting your vehicle, due to uncontrollable events, the carrier`s truck suffered mechanical problems and needed to be taken to a body shop".

So which is it, they didn't have a driver assigned or that the truck had problems. I felt after recieving this email that this company was dishonest in their business practices. I was quoted $724 with a $125 deposit. Thus, the balance owed to the driver was $599. When I spoke with the representative she told me that I would need to have a cashier's check made out to the driver for $600.The customer service rep said that is how the "math works" the computer rounds up. I typically don't quibble over $1, but given the circumstances I was quite pissed that my car was picked up 8 days late and that I would be paying more than the quoted price.

I will not be using this company again and do not recommend their services for arranging car transport.
