poor service and poor communication

No one should deal with this company. There was too many misunderstandings with everyone. New way was telling me one thing, State wide relocation apparently saying they don't know why people are saying these things, and the truck driver were telling me another. The truck driver they were dealing with told me my stuff would be there in one week, when I asked State wide relocation they told me they didn't know why the truck driver told me that and also the truck driver lost my checks as well. This company really should have better communication with each other and not misinform customers. New way told me that my stuff would be there 2 weeks from time of pick up and State wide then told me it was 21 days after me arriving to Washington state. I understand that VA to WA is a far drive and no one can control the weather, traffic or complications with the trick, etc., but it appears no one wants to take the blame for anything. No one called about my car either, I was informed someone was suppose to call me 24 hours ahead of time before the arrival of my car and no one did. I had to call Express delivery and they told me they didn't know but the driver would call me, which I never got a call. I luckily found the truck driver's number and had to call him the whole time.
