Do not use this company. They are dishonest. They sent a driver who couldnt even speak english to pick up my car he couldnt find my house because he couldnt read either he had to have a stranger call me to give him directions then the paper work given him was all wrong and had the wrong address for the destination even the wrong city and zip code and when I gave them the correct one they ( the trucing co total express stated they didnt even go to southern california so needless to say I got another company to move the car. New way stated they would NOT refund my 125.00 deposit after arguing for ten minutes so Im disputing the charge. I did not cancel the order the trucking company did and they still will not refund my deposit. I would drive the car to california myself before I would ever use this crooked dishonest company

Dear George, I apologize for your feelings towards our company, but considering you schedule a pick up yesterday September 09, 2009 and a truck was assigned to you for the day after pick up, no charging any additional fees for last minute move- I believe that our company did our best to accommodate your mother's vehicle transportation. As far as the addresses for pick up and delivery - the information was provided by you and approved by you when an electronic signature was received from your behalf confirming all the information is correct. As far as the services - New Way Moving Services followed the contract and assigned you a driver, which was not "good" enough for you as per his "broken English" as stated by you on our previous conversation - which personally it is a statement that I find very offensive. Disputing all the words and expressions towards our company, we offered you as a courtesy to assigned you a new driver, but you decided to cancel the move, which is your free choice as a customer. Unfortunately, according to the contract that you knowledge, reviewed and signed, you will not be entitled for a refund as the service we agreed on was provided from our part but you decided to refuse it. I would like to thank you for your valuable time and truly wish you much luck with your move. I am copying our cancellation policy which is in clear printed on the order for service that was signed by Mr. George: Cancellation policy: SHOULD YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 72 hours ahead the schedule date there won't be any cancellation fee, Should you cancel within 72 hours (not included the move date) your deposit will be your cancellation fee. Any refusal of allowing New Way Moving Services, Inc. and or the agent to provide its services or any vehicle that is not prepared for pick up on the scheduled date will cause the customer to forfeit the deposit and the cancellation fee will be applied. ALL CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING.
