We had new way move our household and car. The car was scheduled to be picked up on 7/2, we called several times, was told we would get a call before 6pm, but never did. On 7/3, the day we were leaving, also the day household mover came. We still didn't get a call, called new way and was told the truck was coming at 9:30am and we were informed. We waited till 12, no call, no truck, they finally admitted IT WAS NEVER SCHEDULED after we wanted to cancle it after hours of waiting. We finally had to pay one of the household mover to DRIVE our car with their truck. New way told us the $100 car moving deposit would only to credited to the household mover, who didn't agree. Now we are still waiting for New Way to credit the deposit back to us.

Jason Your deposit had been refunded the same day you cancel. it does take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card statemtn (based on the credit card regulation). Based on the contract you had signed there was a window of 2-4 days for pick up, you were looking for one specific day. we do appologize for the inconvienience that occured.
