If you want to live a nightmare of lies and scams, go with this company! We have never before experienced something like this. Their customer service is so unprofessional and hard to talk with, let alone get ahold of and (particularly the dispatcher) will hang up on you if you try to have a conversation about any issues. I got purposely hung up on twice. They snag your deposit and even expedited shipping fees and then leave you hanging the day of pick up.  We had two vehicles that were supposed to ship on the same day but neither did. One shipped the next day and they canceled the contract with our other one, right as we were in the middle of flying across the country to move and had to get a friend to hand off the keys to another driver while we scrambled to find a new company to work with.  We got so many excuses like - the power is out, and the driver got covid. It doesn't matter what the reason is, a business should treat the customer with a basic level of respect. They even got our pick up month wrong. They called the business day before in May and that’s when I told them the contract said it was the was supposed to be in June. So, when the business day before came in June and I hadn’t heard anything, I called and they said they didn’t know a time and would contact day of, which was suspicious. They then contacted me day of contracted pick up date in June to say the driver got covid and none of our cars could be shipped out that day. Based on the lies, inconsistencies, and rudeness and we’ve experience over the last couple months, as well as other reviews on here, we would not be at all surprised if the covid reason was completely made up as a lie because they had not done their job properly. Even if he did actually get covid, New Way did nothing to treat us right in how they handled it.  TO TOP IT OFF: the one vehicle they did end up shipping a day late we were scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Our contract had one dollar amount, but they violated the contract and signed with a driver for a hundreds of dollars more that we had to pay to get our vehicle back. We have proof of everything. Eship is a million times better to work with!! They picked up our abandoned truck within 1 business day of reaching out after New Way bailed on us.  Do not go with this company unless you enjoy going through insanely stressful experiences.
