I agreed to pay 675.00 to move my car, in the end I paid 775.00(dirty business ethics). I paid 125.00 over 4 months in advance of the move date. I was never contacted by New Way until I called them before the move date. Every time I called I was told to expect a call from dispatch informing me of my car move time. I NEVER received a call from dispatch, even when the New Way operator told me to expect a call in 10 minutes. Finally 8 days after the scheduled move date I received a call from New Way telling me they would move my car for an extra 100.00 dollars or I could get a refund or go with another carrier. They said the moving company wanted 200.00 dollars more to move the car and they would pay 100.00 of it if I would pay the other 100.00 dollars. It turns out that New Way didn't pay anymore money to get my car moved. They lied! When I confronted the manager Rachel on the phone she was rude, couldn't focus on the subject and kept changing the topic. She barked at me telling me she had proof of a check for payment to the car mover. She then said "do you want to see it, to prove it?" I told her yes. She then began to stutter and told me the owner would call me. She then hung the phone up on me. This is a dirty, filthy company with no interest in keeping contract obligations. If they can't keep their policy of moving your car 2-4 days before or after the scheduled date they will hit you up for more money or let you go somewhere else. Best wishes.

Troy, we appologize for the inconvienience that occured, as we explained before the fuel prices changed in 5 months. We agreed we will mail you back a check for the $100. We are wishing you and your family all the best in your new place.
