First let me say that I saw all the negative reviews. This concerned me and a made mention of it at the time my quote was given. They assured me in the past the company did have some issues but they have worked very hard to make changes to improve the service. Also, people need to be detail oriented and understand when reading about there service or getting a quote that they are not an actual moving service. If this is what you need, go elsewhere. They are a broker that helps you locate the best service for your needs. That being said, I signed their contract and I can tell you that I received the service that I contracted for, their customer service and the treatment that I received was outstanding. The representative that I worked with, Laticia, could not have been nicer. She told me to call at anytime with concerns, she gave me her direct extension and her cell number. Each time I called, I was able to get through to her. The driver/tow company they secured for me was awesome. I must also point out that I had some extreme situations that had to be dealt with. I spoke directly with the owner of the company, which was Spearhead Towing & Transport (Wade Peyton, thank you! I also want to give a shout out to Shaun, I believe he is the one that transported the vehicle and did an awesome and even contacted me as soon as the vehicle arrived at the destination,) He was absolutely personable, professional and experienced. He picked up the vehicle and delivered it as promised in a timely fashion and without problems. I would not hesitate to recommend their services or use their service again if I needed them.
