gave me a quote then the price went up after wards. 12 days before pick up 9 days on the road vehicle arrives with damage to hood and bumper. Shipping company didn't take responsibility drive acted crazy. Brokerage company is not helping or taking responsibility. I have to take them to court now

The customer claimed that his vehicle got damaged during the transportation even thought the inspection form shows different on pickup. when the driver arrived to deliver the vehicle he inspected the vehicle with the customer and offered him a discount for the claimed damage, the customer had declined the offer. The customer contacted the police, who advised that customer that this is a civil manner. The customer contacted us, the broker, and we tried to mediate between the customer and the carrier. The customer said that he is willing to settle the claim for $800, the carrier agreed for that. We had sent him a release form which he never returned in order for the carrier to pay him the $800 and close the claim. Now Mr.Londagin is requesting $1200 in order to settle the claim. New way moving services is just the broker, we dont carry an insurance but we didn't disappear for the customer and did help him to resolve this with the carrier. It is very sad that the customer keep blaming us and keep posting false allegations online. We have NO problem to meet him in court as we have everything documented and recorded.
