A scam?

The chain of emails says it all .... they never once called expect to get a CC for the deposit?
They never called and when I did call and try to talk to the supervisor to ensure the cancellation had been received and processed "She yelled at me", I had enough hung up ... file a case with Visa and BBB. Valuable Lesson learned "know who you are dealing with before you enter into an agreement"

I still have not heard back from you regarding when you will pick up my car. As we discussed I had the car moved to the street in order to allow pickup. However, I Can NOT leave the car part on the street much longer as it may get towed or ticketed. Please let me know if New Way will not be able to provide the service.

I need to know by tomorrow if you will be able to provide the service as quoted. In addition I left another message today as you did not reply to my voice mail or email from yesterday.

As we discussed this morning, I will continue to wait until the end of today for a pickup date. As I have previously indicated that if New Way is unable to provide the service I need to know. The car has now been parked out on the street since Oct. 28th 2008 and it could be in danger of being ticketed and or towed by the city. I feel that I have been more than patient with having New Way resolve the Quote even to the extent of repeatably asking for a call and not receiving one regarding the status. If you call my number it has voicemail and as as standard business practice I would think New Way would leave a message. So, as I we discussed this morning you have promissed your Supervisor will call me by the End of Today with status if New Way has the ability to pick up the car and if not I will decide at that point to cancel the request and receive a full refund of my deposit. Should I be unable to answer the call New Way will LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE with the status "Yes we will pick the car up on date" or "No we can not fulfill the quote". In addition my office number is XXX, please feel free to utilize this number as well as the other number that is my cell phone that I always carry.

Due to the fact that New Way Movers have not returned my calls or emails and are unable to provide the service. I would like the quote Cancelled and a full refund of the deposit. I am also requiring a fax or email with documentation that the refund has been processed showing the process DATE.

Dear Terry First of all all your phone calls had been responded, somebody at the office answered the phone all the time. We also tried to contact you couple of times but had recieved only your voice mail. When you had contacted us and asked to cancel we had explained you that by visa and mastercard regulations the process might take 5-7 days for you to see the credit but you didnt accept this answer. this is something that it's out of our control. the credit had been processed right upon requesting. you contacted the BBB but they had recieved the same answer from us AGREED with that and asked us to explain ti to you AGAIN. when you had contacted our office yesterday you was the one who screamed and yelled and didnt give us a chance to explain or appologize. in this case we can not handle any conversation. we do applogize for the inconvienience but delays is part of the trucking business.
