I should have reviewed the other reviews. This is a broker who under quoted my charges, gave me incorrect information about my delivery and was rude and discourteous when I asked about the status of the move, in fact hanging up on me after stating that it was not their responsibility. Not only did they fail to deliver the items when promised,(and gave us an email guarantee) but the delivery service charged us an extra fee when delivering the items and said that New Wave knew about these charges I would never use this company again.
