I was a bit unhappy with this company it seems there were a lot of individuals involved in the process of moving my car from Florida to Indiana. The office in Florida, the driver who was from Chicago.
In dealing with this company (Florida) speak only to the women representatives the male representative hung up the phone on me becasue I had a had time understanding him (from India) I had to call several times to get a call back on the arrangements for car pickup; when the car was finally picked up the diriver arrived after the storage place closed, which delayed pick up another week. Once the car arrived things were OK, but the arrangements was a hassel from the get- go with New Way.
I would chose another car carrier company.
