Very unreliable - Did not provide service, did not even return back the deposit

I had received quotes for moving both auto and household goods transport from this company. They were very sweet talkers up until they received the deposit. After receiving deposit from the service went very poor. Their drivers did now show up as planned and did not had a courtesy to call me about the delay or any updates. I had to call numerous times up until the moving day but did not get any satisfactory response. They even told me that the driver was on the way but never showed up. At the last minute I had to extend my apt lease (pay extra for 2 days) as I could not vacate my apartment since items were not moved. I also had to look for a different mover and had to pay the high price as I was desperate to move the stuff outside the apartment. Even after calling hundreds of times and placing a complaint with BBB, I never got my deposit of $750 back. I will not use their service or recommend them to any of my friends for any future moving needs.
