Originally spoke to Mary who put the order through. I told her I needed the car delivered by the 18th. So she said pick up would be from 11th to the 14th. Never happened. On the 14th they informed me that they can only get a driver to pick up on the 18th for more money. I declined and said it's unacceptable I told them to cancle my order at that point the dispatch manager became very rude and unprofessional she said she would cancle but will not take my car off the main dispatch board for another week so that no other company will be able to pick up my car. It was a horrible experience. My husband will end up driving the car himself across the country. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
At first they are nice to you and then once they have your deposit they screw you over

The customer had signed a contract where she was advised in writing in regards to all the terms and the conditions. Per contract, there is NO guarantee dates on pick up/delivery. We had assigned a carrier to pick up the vehicle within the agreed dates for pick up but the customer had declined the carrier. Our contract indicated that the price are subject to change per carrier request, we had contacted the customer with an offer from the carrier which she decided to declined. We had offered her to keep working on her order but she had denied it. She had contracted another company while she was under contract with our company, per contract there is a fee of $250 for double booking. Unfortunately, the customer didn't read the contract without reading it first and now trying to blame us for her mistakes.
