When I spoke to the salesperson Mary (who sounds very attentive and trustworthy when she wants your business) I asked all the right questions. After not hearing from them and always being the one to check in they finally tell me that the price was going to increase from $425 to $645. I tried calling and emailing her but she never gave me the courtesy of a return call or email. It seems that all the negative things you hear about brokers are true. Kesha was the one person who was helpful and I feel bad that she ends up cleaning up after Mary's false promises. Next time I will avoid brokers and engage services directly from a transport company.
