To whom it may concern I was trying to ship my Datsun 280z With a company After waiting a month for the car to be Shipped The car still was not shipped That is When I started looking for other companies I have had several companies Call me regarding the car And shipping But they could not Guarantee That the car Would be picked up in the timeframe I needed it to be After almost a day of Receiving and making calls I finally Was contacted by new way and Spoke To one of their agents Rachel Who was Very helpful and able to get me a driver immediately that day After a few minutes of talking with her She was able to get me a driver And that to me was very impressive After a day of call receiving and sending she was able to find me a driver within hours After completing the necessary paperwork I was given a contact number for the driver and After contacting The driver He informed me that he was picking the car up that day at three And was able to make progress reports With him I was also contacted by Rachel To confirm the car was being picked up On Wednesday Afternoon and Was to arrive at its destination on Monday As promised on Monday at 11 the car arrived In good condition And the driver was very helpful If I have to ship a car again I would choose new Way for the excellent speedy service and Helpful Staff
