Very Bad Customer Service

People keep calling you from this service to charge the credit card for Deposit but after that no one will call you.If you want to Cancell the service they won't be nice,they lie saying that they didn't receive the email or Iam out of country or for a vacation.No body answers correctly and solve the problems.Every one will tell someother person's name to blame but nobody actually resolves it.And they lie that email is not received or I was on vacation etc etc or says that they need to talk to the supervisor,but the supervisor will say that he will find out and go through the records and call back.They are a FRAUD company.WORST Service.
This is the worst company I had ever experinced.They say to go ahead to file a complaint or do what ever we got to do.I have other company which atleast try to answer and call me oneday before to remind that I have a date for vehicle pickup tomorrow and if I want ot go ahead or cancell.But these people say that they have other customers and they are very busy and cannot answer us when we call them for the refund.
So I could recommend everyone to go for someother companies like Summit van lines or National auto services or AAA.But never never go for this NEWWAY MOVING SERVICES.

Dear Malathi first of all we are appologize for the inconvienience. econd based on the terms and the condition you need to cancel up to 24 hours before the schedule date, you claimed that you e - mailed us few times but we did not recieve any e - mail from you. based on the complaint that you post here we understand that you had used another company. if a customer cancel on the same day we can not refund him/her the money. we are willing to work with you on that but you had mentioned that you are not moving now but from your posting we can understand that you had used a diffrent company. please contact Rachel in order to resolve this issue.
