I am an Army Officer and have moved over 9 times during my career thus far. New Way Moving is an absolutely dishonest and disingenuous company. New Way Moving lacks integrity and credibility. They used a bait and switch tactic with their price. Meaning we signed a contract for $1,400, however after the contract dates had expired they would not refund my deposit and requested an additional $400 to find a driver. At this point, I was stuck. However, even with the additional money, they never picked up my vehicles. It was over 22 days after we signed our original contract. New Way Moving will not inform you about the status of your shipment. They also do not return phone calls or emails. If you give them your money after reading this, you are a fool and are making a terrible mistake. Let me repeat that, a FOOL FOOL FOOL. Learn from my mistake. The icing on top of this cake is when I wrote my review, they responded back to TransportReviews.com and said I was never their customer and that I should take down my review. I had to provide documentation to prove my story. New Way Moving is a joke. If I ever get stationed in Florida I plan to sue them in small claims court. Again, this company has no integrity or credibility; they lie, cheat, and steal. Do not use them. Do not let friends or family use them.
