The never picked up and blocked my emails

After many arguments on the phone because they never found a carrier for my car even though I have paid the deposit, I have had to post on this site to make them communicate with me. They sent and email and left a voicemail stating that now that the window I needed the car picked up has passed that they have a carrier for the car. This is fine as we can comply with the date they left on the voicemail, but now that I am trying to confirm the pickup with either the carrier or them they have blocked my emails and I get returned email notification as spam and they will not return my phone calls. They also state that I will not have my deposit refunded. But they will not call me back since they said they have a carrier. I am really at a loss here. Are they going to pick up the car or not? If they are not or cannot comply I have documents and voicemails for. Them documenting the blocking and stating they have a carrier, but no one will communicate with me to get this to happen. I deserve a refund of the deposit if they have sold something they cannot deliver. The car is. Ready to go, but they just ignore you and try to steal your money then block you and say its your fault. Obviously they bid too low and cannot deliver. My contract expires by their terms tomorrow and I will seek legal assistance if they don't give me the refund. The folks are crooks! Oh they also said that I wasn't a customer and tried to have my posts on this site rejected, but I supplied the site the proof of the charge on my credit card and they posted my complaint.. Then I got a call back. Lets see if they deliver a driver tomorrow as they have stated they can or provide a refund or if I. Have to seek legal against them.

First of all we didn't block the customer email. We never guarantee a specific date for pick up, the customer had signed a written contract agreeing for the dates and the terms. When the date come she denied the contract, that she signed. She was very rude to all the office personal and impossible to deal with. We had offered her few carriers which she denied all of them
