paid their portion of the delivery that never happened

We agreed on a price they charged me more than a normal pick up because i told them the car did not run. I agreed to the price they took the money and that was all the right things they did. After that i got a call from a lady telling me their was some one in the area who could pick up my car but it was going to cost 100$ more in needed to get the car off the mans property so i said ok when the day they were to pick up the car i ask the home owner if he would help them. He waited all day and no one showed so i called new wave got the drivers # and called him. He said he had been try to call the home owner all day but new wave gave him the wrong area code then they never told him the car would not start. I call the home owner back and tell him what happened and he tells me i have to get the car off his property by the next weekend and next wave would not respond and i send my brother down the next weekend
to get the car next wave calls me a week after that about a possible pick up i told them the car was in my drive way. I call to get my money back and no one calls back.
since then i got my back statement and they were suppose to charge 145.00 they charged me 245.00
and they might have charged me 145.00 also i have my bank looking into that.
ps. if you want your car use someone else
