Bad experience with New Way moving services

I will never ever ever use this company again, even if they offer me a zero dollars quote to move a vehicle. Yes it was that bad, because they will try to charge you a lot afterwards. When Summer first called me several times, spoke very nice and promising over the phone, offered a low price and claimed to have a driver in the area (which she claimed she spoke to) was all a big lie. All she wanted is for me to give her a deposit and sign their contract. Once I've done that (deposit and signed agreement) she and her supervisor Yenly turned into evil (monsters).
Now they want more money and refuse to refund my deposit.
Purchasing cars from other states is part of my business so I've always contracted many other car-moving companies and NEVER EVER experienced anything like this. I told Summer and Yenly how unprofessional they are for treating me this bad. Now Summer is not answering her phone anymore. I wrote her an email that I will report her to BBB and everywhere else if her company tries to screw me over with this deal and she wrote back that my treat is empty to her because she does not deal with BBB.
I'm very disappointed the way New Way Moving Services handled my deal and became very frustrated after dealing with them.
