During the entire transaction, I dealt with Mary. She handled this move in a real professional manner, always giving prompt information, answering all my concerns and returning my calls ASAP when I left her messages. Although, the contract listed there were three different shipping methods with associated cost factors, Mary said she would try get my vehicle out on the earliest carrier and that she did. My vehicle was picked up on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. During transport I also received three (3) contact numbers to track the ETA of the vehicle. One of these was the drivers'. With this I could conduct my business on the delivery date and keep in touch with the driver to know exactly when my vehicle would be delivered. This is a real professional and customer service oriented organization. I would definitely recommend their service.
