They rejected my previous review claiming that I was not their customer. Sent transportreviews.com the order e-mail that I placed with Newway Moving services.

My order was placed on 5/21/2012 with a first pick-up date of 5/24/2012 and a transport date of 5/31/2012. When I called them on 6/7/2012, they were apparently still "working on it". Cancelled my order on 6/7/2012 and have not received a response to the cancellation e-mail as yet.

It is utterly ridiculous that they claim I was never their customer.
1. You pay $150, they are very happy.
2. You call them to inquire, they don't like it and the sales guy (Robert) will forward you to the dispatcher.
3. You will end up leaving a voice mail.
4. No reponse to either e-mails/phone calls.

Overall, they are the worst company you would end up dealing with. You have been warned and use them at your own risk. I waited very patiently from 5/24 to 6/7. And now I hear they have not cancelled my order on some central system as yet!

Unresponsive, rude and totally inefficient/worthless would be very kind words to describe these guys.
