I would give a negative number if possible. I requested quotes to ship a vehicle on an Internet transport service. I received multiple quotes, researched each company, made a decision to use Transport Masters USA, let everyone else know that I had not chosen them. Neptune placed my vehicle information on the National Transport board saying that they were shipping my vehicle even though I did NOT contract with them. That made it so none of the Transporters would go pick up my vehicle. Very bad form. So, I had to call them to remove my vehicle from the Transport Board and I missed my transport date. I am never going to think about ever using Neptune in the future.
