Really bad company and scam

Very upset with this company, I am a dispatcher, they assigned me a load for $2,000 and when it was to be delivered to the client, they gave him to sign a document for $1,300. The driver took the load for $2,000. The broker Elsa Lewis does not know how to communicate and only told lies to me and the client about the price of this load, when one called her she made up things that she couldn't take the call on the other hand the supervisor did nothing to solve the problem he simply hung up the phone very bad company and scammers my boss will file a lawsuit against this company for being such liars
