Rose sent me some information up front about how auto-shipping works (It's more complicated than you might think.) and cautioned me about authorizing payments or giving too much information without knowing who I was dealing with. I talked with several companies, but Rose was the one who understood my situation, found a way to make it work, and stuck with me throughout the process. I would definitely use Neptune again.
