Let me say first, my car was delivered from Las Vegas to California, as promised, in a covered trailer, on time and undamaged, by Arthur, who drives for Monarq Transport. And Navi arranged the transport. That's the reason for the 4 stars. But understand, that's what Navi does, it contracts with trucking companies nationwide to provide auto transport. And not all trucking companies like the quotes that Navi provides and that you accept. So, you might get a call from a Navi AI agent, not a real person, saying we have arranged transport, but the trucking company wants this much more than the quote. Then, it's your choice, you can take the higher bid or wait for another trucking company to accept the bid. The first time it happened to me, the cost quoted by the AI agent was $70 more than the quote. I hung up and called the Navi sales agent and explained about bait and switch. The next call I received was from a real person working for Navi, who said they had a trucking company that wanted only $3.00 more, so I approved the additional cost. And received my car. Just know what to expect, and you'll be fine.
