I didn’t really expect much going into it because most transport reviews online are either horror stories or obviously fake sounding. Navi actually felt somewhere in the middle, just a normal experience without unnecessary drama. The driver contacted me before both pickup and delivery, inspection was handled properly, and I didn’t feel rushed during the process. The car arrived safely and that’s really all I wanted.
