What I liked most was that the process didn’t feel overly complicated. I submitted my details expecting a lot of back and forth, but things actually moved pretty smoothly. I wasn’t getting flooded with updates every hour, but I also never felt ignored. The driver called ahead before arriving and the handoff process was straightforward. By the time the car got delivered, I realised this was probably the least stressful part of my move.
