What I appreciated most about Navi was how they handled communication at the beginning. I asked a lot of questions before booking because I’ve heard mixed stories about car transport in general. They didn’t rush me or give vague answers, which made me more comfortable proceeding. Once everything started, the process felt structured. I didn’t get constant updates, but I got the important ones at the right time. Delivery went smoothly and the condition of the car checked out properly.
