From start to finish, Justin at Heavy Haulers was absolutely incredible. When you are making a purchase this big and trusting someone to transport your home across multiple states, communication and trust mean everything and Justin delivered on both.
He stayed in constant contact with us, answered every question, followed up without us having to chase him down, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. One of the biggest things for us was making sure our 2024 Redwood 4001LK had the proper insurance coverage before it ever left McKee RV in Iowa. Justin took that seriously, got the additional coverage handled, and made sure we had the documentation we needed for peace of mind. That meant a lot to us because this wasn’t just an RV being moved, this is our home.
Our driver Abel was also absolutely fantastic. He was professional, kind, patient, and took great care of our fifth wheel during transport. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and that matters when someone is hauling something this important. He made delivery smooth and stress-free and we truly appreciated how careful and respectful he was with our RV.
Between Justin’s professionalism and Abel’s excellent delivery, the entire experience with Heavy Haulers exceeded our expectations. They made what could have been a very stressful process feel organized, safe and handled with care.
We would absolutely use Heavy Haulers again and highly recommend asking for Justin if you want someone who truly follows through and treats your RV like it matters. Because to us, it does.
