Terrible communication and unwilling driver

I had a trailer shipped from florida to colorado. The original pickup was supposed to be Wednesday, no call no show. After emailing the logistics Specialist I am told they had a problem with a load so were running behind. But that the driver had told this to the seller. Seller heard nothing until the next day. They were supposed to pick up at 6pm. Seller calls and is told 8pm, then wants to pick up residentially at midnight. Seller says no we can do it in the morning. I speak to logistics who plays the whole thing off as the seller being difficult, very unprofessional. They agree on 8am. Party shows up at 10:30 in an rv, without the correct hitch. Finally gets settled and leaves after the seller moves the trailer because the driver is unwilling to pickup. Fast forward driver calls 1pm Sunday saying they will be on site at 7pm. Ok cool. 7:35 driver sends text saying because of rain the will be 45 minutes late. An hour later the driver says 20 minutes. An hour after that the driver finally shows and refuses to deliver the trailer to the address. Have him deliver it to the neighbors house so we can get it home. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would much rather spend $500 more on another company. For a "Logistics company " they can not find the ability to perform basic logistical tasks.
