I bought a DeLorean in Traverse City, MI (I live in Monterey, CA). I only wanted an enclosed trailer. I spent AT LEAST 40 man hours on the phone or writing emails to locate a transport company who could get the DeLorean. Either no one wanted to help or their prices were exorbitant, because no one wanted to go all the way to Traverse City for 1 car during February. I emailed Nationwide Transport for a quote and Blake got back to me and asked for me to give him 72 hours to find a truck. And he did this without even having my business yet! No deposit, no contract! He called me back and said that he found a truck who would make the run to Traverse City in the next 5 days and for an amount well within my budget. So I went with Nationwide. But why is this 5-stars? Because the truck had to go into the shop for repairs and the transport company had no idea when they'd now be able to get the DeLorean. I emailed Blake about it and he didn't email me back. He took the time to CALL me back (and I grew up on The Godfather movies were true people do business "face to face") and told me that he personally called the transport company and got their butts in gear. They picked up the DeLorean 36 hours later. No extra cost. No hidden fees. He did it because he cared about my car as much as I did. That goes a long way in my eyes. We'll be moving from CA to MD next year and you bet I'll be calling Blake first.
