Purchased this vehicle, just before end of the year. Weather turned terrible. My original carrier could make no commitment about delivery. Out of frustration turned to the web and got deluged with emails about quotes. Edwin O from Nationwide answered every call email and text promptly and was very attentive, from inception to delivery. Was picked up in the evening and delivery the next night. Driver called to keep me in the loop and delivered, earlier than expected. The car was loaded from the dealer and unloaded in my driveway.
