My son was headed off to college and I wanted to send him his car. This was my first time transporting a car. I did my research and spoke with a few companies. Russ from nationwide really made me feel like I could count on them. I went with nationwide and had a great experience. A situation arose when the truck driver (who was a contracted driver) who was told by Russ and myself we could not pick up the car before 3pm on Sunday. Needless to say the driver insisted we pick up the car before. I called Russ and told him what the driver was doing and Russ called him right away and straightened him out. The drivers tune change the next time I spoke with him. What the driver did was not Nationwide's fault in any way. Everything ended up working out. 5 stars to Russ and nationwide for there excellent service. I would strongly recommend them.
