Just as the title says. My wife are sitting here in our packed town house waiting and waiting. ^ 6 weeks ago I made arrangemnets with Nationwide Relocators to move our house hold items on the 28th or the 29th. I kept in constant contact with Seth our point of contact. Everytime we talked he said, "Everything was all set." He stated I would get a call a week before the move to giving me a date and time of pick up. One week before the move I didn't get a call I gave them until Wednesday and I called Seth. He said he would get right on it and I would get a call Thursday. I did get a call from some guy confirming my packing list. I asked him are you confriming my pick up date and time as well? he said I would get a call Friday or Saturday. So two days before I am to move I have no idea which day the movers are coming. The 28th comes and goes, I start to worry and I start to make phone calls. I finally got ahold of dispatch and they said they are having an issue with a courier and they would work it out and call me. The 29th comes and goes I call them again, still no cuorier. It is 1 day after the move and we are still in the townhouse. My landlord gave me two days(which I am paying for) I had a job interview that I will miss because we are still here in limbo. We talked to a manager finally and they simply said, "We do not have a courier for you." Yes Nationwide was the cheapest but I will never use them again. I will tell every one I know not to use them. They cost us hundreds of dollars and a job. We did our part by paying them $899 up front to garentee the move. I can not imagine what we are going to go through to get that money back......
