My experience would make a good story line for Twilight Zone or Outer Limits - or even maybe Tales from the Crypt. Most horrible move I have made in my lifetime! Will never ever use a commercial mover or anyone associated with a commercial mover unless I can look them in the eyes and know they aren't lying to me. I am still waiting for delivery of my household goods, they refuse to follow federal regulations regarding requests for a re-weigh, invoicing if weight is over, or following a binding contract. Am now looking for an attorney to sue - hope I can find one before they say I abandoned my belongings and sell them off! Stay away from this company and any subcontractor they may use !
