TERRIBLE SALES REP - RUDE AND HARRASSING

I requested a quote from movers via a general internet website and specified that I did not want to be contacted before noon. Nationwide Relocation Services emailed me three times and called to leave multiple messages on my phone prior to noon the next day. The last message was a form letter complaining about how they couldn't reach me which I received at 12:39pm. I replied to that form letter and told the sales rep, Nicholas Colard, that the reason they could not reach me was because I had specifically said not to contact me before noon. I also made it clear at that point that sending multiple emails and leaving multiple messages within a few hours time was not the way to get my business and asked that they not contact me further. The sales rep sent a NASTY reply to that which was completely unprofessional and I once again made it clear I would NOT use their company and did not want to be contacted further. (The sales rep also sounded like a thug to begin with so I was already very turned off to this company from the first contact.) The next day I got yet another phone message from the rep that had the same rude and threatening tone, so I once again asked him never to contact me again and stated clearly that I was not interested in doing business with them. He once again replied to that email with another nasty unprofessional rant. At that point I contacted his boss and complained, and did receive a nice apology from the boss along with a promise to intervene and stop any further contact from Nicholas Colard. Though I appreciated that, I still would emphatically encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Reading the reviews of others, I can see that I'm not the only one that has had a terrible experience with this company.
