I chose this company to do a move from Alabama to Washington. My husband is deployed with the Army and I needed to move to Washington for his return. I spoke with Howard several times about my household goods move and my Auto move. He is really a great salesman, he told me all the Bull*hi* about he needed a card number to process the move before it was too late and the spots filled up. I have had a horrible experience with this company. I am determined to get my deposit back. I will have my bank USAA who is the #1 leader in customer service help me. I am also disgusted with the way I was spoken to by Howard Melnick who at first told me how he loved his customers more than his job,,,he is rude and needs a few lessons in customer service. My husband is deployed and I have tried to keep the stress off of him by dealing with the matter, and now that he knows about it I feel awful because his mind needs to be concerned with nothing but keeping safe and coming home. Thanks Nationwide Auto transporters aka United States Van lines for this horrible experience.
