I had a great experience from beginning to end. As a former car shipper, communication was typically done by phone or email. My order number allowed me to track my vehicle on their website. While the car was on its way, I didn't have to communicate much with them. Every time I checked, I knew what was going on. They did a quick wash before handing me the keys before the car arrived in New York without any problem.
