I first contacted this company for a quote on 5/25/2019. I made the horrible mistake of searching on Google, carriers from Jacksonville to SC instead of using a more reliable site like Transport Reviews. Since I never received any kind of communications from Nationwide Auto Transportation after booking that day. I became very nervous and suspicious after reading the reviews of this company on BBB and Transport Reviews. To top my concerns they never communicate with me at all since that day. I tried to reach them by phone but their phone system will not allow communications from Puerto Rico. In desperation, I searched the Transport Reviews web site and finally selected Auto Shipping Group where their representative, Felicia Williams helped me and stayed in contact with me, available even on weekends. At the time of this review, Nationwide Auto Transportation Group has not cancelled their pick up at the national freight board making it impossible for Auto Shipping Group to pick up my vehicle despite several messages and e-mails since telephone communication with them is impossible. On top off that I just find iut that the verbal quote failed by $99.00 since the "total quote was $260 and the quote on the national freigh board shows $260. + $99 (I was told the $260 included the $99 administration fee). Again a written quote was never provided.
