After numerous frustrating phone calls and promises/false confirmations, finally I was able to get one customer service rep, who introduced himself as Fischeur. When I told him that I am beginning to get concerned about their practices, that they have been stringing me along, and that I have now read the Yelp reviews and it seems like they are a shady company, Fischeur told me he is sorry, but I should be looking for another solution because they are not able to help me get my car delivered. Truly sad that companies like this are still able to operate.
