Overall, very happy with the service. The car arrived dirty, but it's an old car and it was in an open transport, so that's expected. The only complaint I have is that the local driver in Los Angeles did not speak enough English to communicate with my daughter when there was some confusion on the delivery address. It would have been much less stressful and smooth if the driver had been proficient in English. Other than that, the timing of the delivery was as promised, especially for a cross-country job.
