This company is a front-end "broker" for many transportation services (truckers). Depending on where your pickup and destination is, they pick a trucker and assign your shipment to them.

In my case, the first trucker they assigned me to was an absolute disaster. The trucker promised to call when he was going to pick up the vehicle (The vehicle was housed in a garage and someone had to be there to let him in)... he never did. Finally several days late, he called my relative who was going to let him in and said he would be there the next day. He never did call me and ask. When I tried to call him to find out what was going on, the answer machine was full and couldn't even take a message.

Having not heard from him in the "next 3-5 days" that Nationwide promised, I had them cancel the order and choose a new trucker. This time it worked like a charm. The driver called and we worked out the logistics. He picked up the car on time, and called during the transit estimating what day he would drop it off. He actually called again and said he would be a day early. The car was delivered with no damage.

Bottom line- beware- National is only the "front end". You are not done when they take your order. I will say, that they did not hesitate to make it right and redo the order. I appreciated their willingness to do so.
