hey folks. let me start by saying know what you are getting into. yes my car was picked up 2 days earlier than my bill said. but, i was told after i gave a credit card that my car would get to California in 5-7 business days. I just rec'd my car, mar7th, and it was picked up in Texas on Feb 17th.

i asked the driver tonight, by the way i got my car at 11:30pm, if a car comes from texas in 5-7 days. he gave me no verbal answer, but the look on his face was like yeah right!!!!!!!!!

the problem is that nationwide is a broker. they get you to give them the business, then it is all based on what is taking place nationwide. all the other reviews in regards to customer service is 100 percent true. they got my money on feb 15th, so why should they care when my vehicle arrives. i already paid the bill. i called many times and never got a straight answer. call the driver i was told. or they would say we will call you back and that never happened.

when you are unaware of what is taking place, you are not sure if it is the trucker who they gave the business too, or nationwide themselves. but upon meeting the truckers and when they were in the bay area, they were two of the nicest men i ever dealt with. my car was in good shape, and i felt very comfortable with them.

all i can say is be prepared to wait a long time. i sold cars for lexus and bmw. these are not cars coming from a port straight to a dealer. the truck holds 11 cars max according to the driver. so i can promise you at least 30 cars went on and off that truck by the time it made it here.

why they can not be up front about this i have no idea. it is bad business and bad practice and very mis-leading. i would never reccommend this company.
