My service was fine: there was always good communication between Kirsten at Nationwide and myself. They were helpful in arranging to pick up the car, and contacted me several times before pickup and while in transport, so I could be on-site when they delivered. They were right on time, the drivers were helpful and courteous, and did a great job. they had a nice truck and trailer, there was no damage and I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them. Anything can happen in transporting an auto, you have to be prepared for the unexpected and not have unreasonable expectations. I was well satisfied with the service and the price.
