My experience with Nationwide started good, but got worse with every phone call I had to make. My vehicle was to be picked up on February 22, 2010 and delivered to my son in the military. She stated it could be a 2 -3 day window. When I called during the week, I was told they did not have enough cars going to Kansas area so I had to wait. I was then told that the weather was an issue. I was told on Wednesday morning that a driver would be locked in within 24 hours and she promised to get back to me. I emailed her Friday and was told that she had no driver and again weather was an issue. The weekend came and went and no contact, even though I emailed her and tried to call. My husband called Monday, 8 days after the original pick up date was supposed to happen, and was told again they still did not have a driver and that we could cancel and we did. Got on the phone instantly and called another carrier and the car was picked up that Wednesday morning and delivered Saturday morning. Do not use Nationwide unless you have about a month to waste.
