I thought it was great service, it was very dirty but other than that I have no complaints. In fact, I'm using them again soon to transport the same X6 back to the northeast, along with my husbands car. You get to watch them load and unload your vehicle. There was no damage after the long trip, once washed it was as shiny as new. Don't forget to tip the driver!
