This was a simple, less-than-400 mile move, which should take at most two days. The price quoted was $395, but they reduced it to $350. That was the only good thing I have to say about this organaztion. Ten days after hiring this "transport company" (which is a misnomer...these are brokers with no vested interest in whether you receive your vehicle or not), the vehicle was not even picked up at its point of origin. The reason why I let this go on for some time was because the company representative who goes by the name "Will" (actually, he should change his name to "will not") continued to promise me the vehicle would be picked up "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went five times before I had enough. It was not that a delay was an issue necessarily, but trying to first speak to a human being once they had my money was virtually impossible, and secondly, trying to extract information from these people was like trying to pull teeth without anesthesia. Bottom line, this "carrier" SUCKS. Actually, they suck beyond sucking. Whatever you do, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER this broker for your vehicle move. They will promise you the moon and the stars until they have your money, and then you will be lucky to hear from them again. If I had a dollar for every time this "Will" said he would have the driver call me, I would not have owed them anything. One last thing - if a transport company/broker wants money up front, go elsewhere. That should have been the first red flag for naive me. I hope this helps others who are considering such a service.
