Don't let them trick you they are so nice and apparently knowledgeable on the phone. They set my first available pick up date to Oct 5. and today it's Oct. 16 and for the past five days they have been telling me that they'll come today to pick up my car. They first promised that it would be here by thursday this week (at the leatest) and know they don't even know when is it coming but they know it's going to be sometime next week. So I was forced to ask for my money back eventhough is something I hate doing. But I will not be treated as an idiot. In conclusion, unreliable, unknowledgeable, and over the top will not stop lying to your face.
